Product Description
Hot rolled steel feather edge convex profiles in straight lengths. We also produce square edge convex and half rounds.

Size Range
Hot rolled feather edge convex profiles are available in many combinations of width and thickness within the range specified below:

Hot Mill 1
from 20mm up to 80mm wide, by 5mm up to 13mm thick.

Hot Mill 2
from 10mm up to 25mm wide, by 3mm up to 6mm thick.

Tolerances
The following dimensional tolerances are standard for feather edge convex profiles (DIN 1018).

Width
up to 75mm +/- 1.0mm, over 75m +/- 1.5mm

Thickness
all +/- 0.5mm

Length
Standard + 300mm, Exacts + 50mm, Re-sheared + 6mm
Special tolerances and SPC analysis can be supplied by agreement.

Supply Condition
Bars are available in lengths up to 8.0 metres. Bar ends are cleanly sheared. Standard bundles are 2000 kg secured with tensioned bands. Smaller bundles available by agreement.

Ancillary Services
Re-shearing, cold straightening, pickling and oiling, special bundling and wrapping.
