Product Description
Hot rolled bars in standard profiles supplied in straight lengths. We also produce feather edge and square edge convex, and special 'designer' profiles.

Size Range
Hot rolled standard profiles are available in many combinations. In general, the thickness of the profile is the limiting factor:

Hot Mill 1
up to 15mm.

Hot Mill 2
up to 10mm.

Tolerances
The dimensional tolerances for standard profiles are:

Section
Generally +/- 0.5mm

Length
Standard + 300mm, Exacts + 50mm, Re-sheared + 6mm

Special tolerances and SPC analysis can be supplied
by agreement.

Supply Condition
Bars are available in lengths up to 8.0 metres. Bar ends are cleanly sheared. Standard bundles are 2000 kg secured with tensioned bands. Smaller bundles available by agreement.

Ancillary Services
Re-shearing, cold straightening, pickling and oiling, special bundling and wrapping.
